What’s the Benefit of the Marsh Madness Open House Tournament?
The benefits are twofold—you get entered to win weekly prizes and a grand prize (think, $1,500 gift card, Smart TV…) AND you get to help out a local charity at no cost to you. That’s right, for every open house attendee, Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services donates $5 to the Erie City Mission.
Last Year’s Impact
Last year, we hosted four weekends of open houses, that’s 60 open houses throughout the month of Marsh. Over that course of time, we had 261 attendees. At $5 a person, that added up to $1,305 for Erie City Mission. Not too bad.
