In 2000, Marsha became an official realtor in the Erie County Board of Realtors, and around 2005 her son Levi joined her full time leaving his job at UPS helping his mother continue growing her business.
Recognizing the potential for even greater success, Marsha’s sons, Laban and Levi, realized that they were giving away too much money to brokers and decided to start their own business to provide a higher level of service than what was currently available. The family business took off a few short years later when Marsha’s third son, Lucas Marsh, joined the family buisness.
